I use it a lot and like the concept. The server is slow and messages are often hung up ( the app sometimes downloads 2 old messages from the ER when i open it to send a message). Suggestion:- have an alert for the sending MD if the sent message has not been read in 10 (or similar) minutes. This will trigger the sending MD to try to call the recipient in a different way.
Whats wrong? Font size cant be changed. Dont have easy way to install shared device account. Crashes often. Fix them.
Feature requests: 1) user feedback option within app 2) sharing contact lists 3) dictation in chat
Fast Battery Drain after latest update of Imprivata (11/01/16) version 3.9.1.362176. High battery usage (30%-40%) as indicated in the iPhone settings.
Signed up and can login to to the admin website but cant get the app to work. Tried support.. No luck yet
